Pure Wood: A Unique Residential House Design

The main highlight of the Pure Wood design is its ceiling, which is divided into large parts with geometric modeling. This unique feature extends the view from the entrance gate all the way to the study, creating a sense of continuity and spaciousness. Inspired by the principle of origami, the ceiling appears light and delicate, resembling ripples on a calm lake.

The triangular lighting design further enhances the liveliness of the house. Strategically placed lights create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, adding depth and dimension to the space. The combination of natural and elegant stone-grain and wood-grain elements brings a gentle and inviting atmosphere to the house, making it a cozy and modern home.

The realization of the Pure Wood design presented several challenges. The three-dimensional slope ceiling required precise measurements and accurate execution. The designers used laser instruments and twine to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the ceiling. The result is a visually stunning and technically impressive design.

With an indoor area of 120 square meters, the Pure Wood design offers a quality living space. The designers aimed to create a continuous and harmonious environment by dividing the space into several units. The discounted sheet ceiling design was their innovative approach to reorganizing the entire space, adding flavor and character to everyday life.

The Pure Wood design project started in April 2014 and was completed in August 2014 in Taipei. Throughout the process, the designers faced the challenge of accommodating changing customer needs. However, they managed to retain the essence of the design, creating a space that truly reflects the homeowners' lifestyle.

The Pure Wood design has received recognition for its creativity and ingenuity. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2016. This prestigious award acknowledges designs that demonstrate outstanding technical and creative skills, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
